Refund & Exchange Policy

At momnt, we want you to love every moment in your new pieces. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

  • We accept exchanges and refunds within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with attached original labels.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we kindly ask that any exchange requests be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you and process your refund back to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn sleepwear, or sale items unless faulty.

  3. Shipping costs for returns/exchanges are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
